I just wish some of the guns I used to love didn't suck so much ass now
And by suck ass, I mean have anything higher than .15 freeze.

AP7s, Daewoo, GG, Lexel, Angels (used to be my favorite when they were 20 damage and fast), etc.

Yeah, I miss the old Angels, those were boss.

yeah, we all know how poorly wil did in changing the stats...

GG never did 20 damage, and most of those guns aren't expensive at all. Angels do 25 damage.

Guns were perfect back then..

The Angels were just so much fun to use..

Today Pusherman started to play again, and he used the uzi since the first time and he laughed at how bad it is now..I remember when pusher would own noobs with 800k-1mil guns with his uzi.

NOW you can barely even hit somebody with an Uzi..

Ok maybe Wil's black ass can, but it's wil...

Re-Vamp the guns, so they correlate to it's price..make MOST (9/10) of the guns EXACTLY like they were before..

Some guns like the Osris, doesn't even need to be tweaked..

Why not test it out on Era Dev, and see the results???

The angels did 20 damage.
And their price doesn't really factor into why I liked the guns.

nope, the only gun with fire rate which isn't a multiple of .05 is tech9
and yeah it does change unlike freeze, go test it

Who cares...all the guns pretty much feel different. I can't think of 2 guns that feel the same off the top of my head so that's a good indicator that there aren't

Really the only stats that make guns feel distinct are freeze, rate of fire, and whether or not the gun is automatic. (and, to a lesser extent, the number of bullets the gun fires at a time)

These guns have the same freeze, rate of fire, and auto:

UMP and SG17

Mp40 and Sg552 do not feel the same, not even remotely.
M4 and HK416 are the only items within close proximity of each other. However, M4 comes packed with the benefit of a two-round burstmode, which distinguishes it.

I do not see how you can compare MT, SMGPK, Sten, Mp5 Sed, and PPSH41.

They feel nothing near each other to me; but meh.

UMP is 22 Damage, SG17 is not...

FN2K has 0 spread, MS does (amongst other things, such as the firerate, which is much more responsive).


Well, I don't feel like doing anymore.
The feels are a matter of perspective and will forever remain arguable.
Each person has their own perception of what each item feels like. However, the fact that the feel of an item is arguable from multiple entities serves as evidence that there is some degree of variation within these items.

the current stats are terrible (regardless of freeze), i think everyone except wil and tim would agree with this statement

Gun stats are fine. Lets focus our attention and time somewhere else.
