Well, I will have to look into it more, but I do believe it is possible to wear two guilds at once. It would look something like this.

If that doesn't work as I thought it would, we could use a glow effect to distinguish between members clientside, on serverside for other players, I am not sure how I would show it, I will have to think of something cute.
