| Just got a neat idea after seeing DT (BlueMelon)'s shark and water-knife in action.
The idea will create new job(s) as well as increase the use of certain food businesses.
It will start with one (just to see how it works out) job, which is Shark Hunt.
Shark Hunt will be a scenario of man vs. shark. The objective is simple, the player, using a water knife, will battle a shark until he/she or the shark dies. If victorious, he/she will be rewarded with shark meat, which can be traded for cash at the opening of a brand new business: The Sea Shack (can be player-owned).
In order for this job to commence, the player requires two things: - A Water Knife - Bleeding, or a meaty substance to attract the animal such as the food(s) found at the MoonWok restaurant.
All the player would need to do is to drop the meaty substance in the water, and a shark, or sharks, will appear to claim it. Once they do, he/she can attack them and in response, they'll attack him/her.
This shark meat can be refined into several different items. I have yet to think of any shark-related items, but the goal is to make this job into SHAB, which consist of not only shark meat, but crab meat and other sea-bound delectables.
My advice is to turn MoonWok into the Sea Shack and grant it the previously stated functions.
In the future:
Perhaps crabs can be placed in shallow water, and different sea animals can be placed in the ocean as well. All of these animals attack anyone who falls within Blue's initial parameters (bleeding and etc) or anyone who drops a specific item, or items.
The entire job can be called SHAB (Shark Hunt And Beyond).
As far as the business aspect, The Sea Shack would pay players for the meat they collect and would refine this content into the food they sell. Thusly, you have a business AND a job that pays for themselves.
Although, due to the difference that will arise between the volume of people who purchase their food and the rate at which players complete the job, you may have to tweak the pricing quite frequently. |

| Seems like a solid idea and would be fun to make. Lets see what other players think. |

| You could add sharks patrolling in the ocean, who appear without blood (and will leave a player alone unless provoked, or if the player is bleeding). |

That would take away from the use of business items such as those sold in the MoonWok restaurant. This is a nice function of the new job, so uh... na. |

| You could use crab rangoons as bait, and then sell the shark meat to a chef in the back of Moonwok. |

That's generally the idea, lol. However, change MoonWok to Sea Shack and expand its menu. |

XD Shark Hunt is the initial job, which ONLY deals with Hunting Sharks. Eventually, when things expand to crabs, shrimp, and other fish, it'll be renamed to SHAB (Shark Hunting And Beyond). |

| Different aquatic life to kill for different foods. Drop a cheese, kill a crab. Drop a doughnut, kill a Marine-Benny. Drop a whatever-thefuck-moonwok-has, kill a shark.
etc etc so all food bizes have a little more purpose. |

| Probably, but would they leave wherever they are to go to a donut, such as a shark would once it smells blood or meat? |

Don't be stupid. Of course a crab wouldn't. But last I checked, squids love a good doughnut. |

It'd be hilarious to see a smiley face with a snorkel pop out of the water for a doughnut. |
