Okay I'm getting the feeling that I'll do some sound dev work if needed. Please list the guns you think need a new sound and possibly an idea of it.
For instance:
I think the ACR needs a new sound, it shouldnt sound like a luger.
I think the sound from MW2 was great.

Sweet easy fix I just have to find the file and get it uploaded by staff.

Please shoot me ideas.

You have no idea how many sounds are already on this server that are "copyrighted" lol and on graal itself.

edit: If a sound is uploaded to youtube and hasn't been flagged it is not copyrighted. Also, if sounds are posted as "free" online then they are not copyrighted. You'd be surprised

Maybe there are generic, royalty-free sounds in use, but just because a youtube video has yet to receive a DMCA complaint doesn't mean it's public domain. And of course Graal uses a ton of copyrighted sounds, it's a shitty game and no lawyers have noticed yet.

Not like they have anything to gain if they do lol. Anyways, ideas please. If it comes down to it I'll just fabricate my own, even though that ammount of time and effort is wasted on a game that only like 150 people play.

Shit, there's an AK47 about thirty feet from where I'm typing this.

It doesn't need to be exactly the right gun, dude - just hold your phone near a 9mm pistol or something and record the sounds. Pop it into Audacity, clean it up, and done.

If you're willing to do that and they sound good, then cool I will personally change them. But a gun sound, is a gun sound. I don't think you can copyright stuff like that.
