Scrimps got away with USDing an mp5 navy when the person he bought from gave him up
Angla used a macro and got unbanned (not quite sure if it merited banning but still a macro)
and people be speedhackin' all day every day

USD is a very hard thing to prove.. I'm not a PR or anything but it's a topic that is pretty "iffy" when trying to prove they actually USD'd. (Even if they have a hunch, they need 100% proof to ban, or else PWA steps in saying we have no proof).

Well if the person you bought from turned you in with the Paypal history that's not very disputable. People have been banned with much less.

I have the complete USD history between JKL, and a few Ghost Face's, complete with pictures, ECT, but I know it wouldn't do anything. So I decide to just hold it over their heads, I'd go as far as to get transactions, but than I'd be required to scramble my IP and play the batman in the situation, and get banned over such over, and over again.

The only logical reason is to keep Stefan happy because he doesn't get a cut.

most accusations against usders just come out of jealousy. i was accused of usding for months (and still am occasionally) simply because i'm smarter than most of era's playerbase and i could easily get ridiculous trades. on the other hand, if sum1 has no trade history and has lots of stuff it prolly means he's usded or csted

In my case it's usually like Guilty until proven Innocent.

I've spent a cumulative of like 3 months banned off multiple occasions when each one was eventually overturned once I got in contact with PWA/Managers.
I should get a reimbursement for lost game-time, and my pain + suffering.

Yeah, Tim remember when I had that Mp7? That you banned me for a month for?

The bans need to be looser, I would say legalize USDing, but many players including myself would leave the game, and sell their items already (Although many more could come to play more often.)
