| Fidel suggested I repost this here.
I have an idea. Housing in Era is too limited and expensive. Super top-tier players have their Northridge mansions, sure, but most players like me are hobos. I need a home-base, basically. N-Pulse, and more recently Unholy Nation, have implemented housing systems where any p2p player can buy a level that they can warp to from a housing area (while not in PK mode, of course). From there, there's an in-game tile editor that people can use to build their house, or noobs could pick from one of several preset rooms. People could pay some arbitrary, yet attainable, amount of money to buy new rooms. Say, 50K. Each level could be named something like era_rooms_accountnamehere_1.nw and so on, in sequential order, up to a max of five or eight or something. This system could be integrated with the furniture store's items (most of which are useless to most players). Beds, lockers, all of that good stuff. And of course, house owners could set access permissions for other people. Adding new rooms and furniture would add a lot of incentive and awesomeness to Era, other than "Durr hurr me want bigger gun!11". |

They'd be the fancy houses. GMAP house = status symbol or something. Everybody else would be crammed onto the 98th floor of Era Apartments. |
