Not era in general, i can't get Graal to start it keeps on saying "Lost connection to all accounts! Please Retry later!"

I cant get on era either, but i can get on the other servers just fine.
When i try to go on era it shows my character for a split second then kicks me out with the message "You can only play Era from one account at a time!"
