i.e. I could get any gun nerfed within a few hours of using it.

I could any gun buffed within a few minutes of arguing it.

All in all, it was a retarded system and contributed to the shittyness of the economy.

I didn't say it was random, meaning haphazard, i.e. the opposite of systematic; I said it was dynamic, meaning changing, i.e. the opposite of static.
I also said wealth rose and fell unpredictably (to players without inside knowledge).

The Gun stats know are so stupid...I feel like I'm the only one who see's how fucking ridiculous they are..

All of the fucking Tier 2 Gun's Feel the same, and have no "individual" feel to them.

As Fiber said, changing gun stats every so often made era unique.

Hopefully Tim understands, that if ANY other staff member becomes Manager, the first thing they most likely do, would be to change the gun stats..

Exactly, I remember me getting the MP5K buffed and increased in price from 30,000 to 150,000 because I argued with staff about how the other post gang-guns were buffed and that the MP5K should get a little touch up as well. ( Masa owned about 3-4 of them and I owned 2 that I had bought because I knew I could get staff to do this) So I wouldn't want to change back to that.

I don't see why you care, because every single gun you use is Tier 3. Your claims to being an oldbie who knows so much about Era's history are so false, running has never meant what your walk speed was, that's a stupid claim. Guns are fine, I mean, if they can script freeze to work in .01 intervals then I guess guns could be in a sense more "unique", but there really isn't a problem with the way they currently are. If what you're suggesting is that guns should return to their previous status, then I want to hit you in the face, because that enables kids like TK to become extremely lame again. The newer system for walk speed is much better IMO, due to the fact that the older system made it much more unfair for newer players who had just started, this system allows everyone to start at the same base (level 5 with the old system) 1.08 walk speed, and can be boosted by paying gelats, but due to the large quantity you get, most players don't have to pay usd, but can rather buy them with the money they make on Era.

That shit was so difficult with it changing speeds.

And if you messed up one time, the hours of going steady got reset and you got no EXP.

The best one was when I straight no-lifed it for 3 hours and watched LOTR and gained like 4200 exp, but only 750 counted and gave me one level.

Your claim is still stupid. A dynamic economy is seldom good, in any context; you should know that. Stability is best because it allows for the people (players) to make logical goals that they can sensibly obtain.

You don't want to spend months mining for an Mp5 Navy which is 900k, only to find out that its now 2mil; what the fuck?

This system is so much better that... just shut up.

the system now is much more skill based and fair. no longer can u hold d and fly across the screen. you have to time your shots and make good decisions on your part to not get hit making sparring and pking more competitive. how is that not a welcome change to you josh? scratch

as for the player count lately weve been on a steady increase since all of these changes have been put into place so clearly something is going right. the object of most of these updates is to attract players to stay and not have to put in 2000 hours to finally be able to compete. And frankly adding another tier with .05 freeze would make things even more unfair than they already were. Gun prices are fair, stats are balanced to avoid QQ, no one can decide to put obscene prices on certain weapons because "zomg its only 3 of a kind and us owners wants to hoards zem all!!". For once change is good just sit back and accept it.

Ya, as soon as we enabled idling it increased by about 20ish.


Also its summer so you do tend to get more people online aswell. Atleast at the start of summer before people start going outside and stuff.

It's a shame that you're so bad that you can't win without a .05 freeze weapon, stop crying about it, the weapons are staying the way they are. Most of Era likes it this way anyway.
